No CET for BSc admissions: Karnataka deputy CM Ashwath Narayana
The plan to extend the Common Entrance Test (CET) to BSc courses has been dropped, higher education minister and deputy CM CN Ashwath Narayana said on Tuesday. The proposed move was dubbed by academicians and students alike as an additional hurdle to admissions in science courses where seats remain vacant anyway.
